Almond Milk Recipe (makes 1 litre)
- 1 cup Raw Almonds, soaked in water for 12 hours
- A pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups of Filtered Water
Strain the mixture through a piece of muslin cloth into a glass bottle, bowl or jar. Cover with a lid.
Keep the milk refrigerated until ready to use.
Tip - dry off the almond pulp to make almond meal by putting the dry almond pulp into the processor again until they resemble crumbs. Store in the fridge.
