Refund policy

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please email glow@wildfusionskincare.com.au within five days of receiving your parcel. Please include your full contact details and order number as well as photos of the item being returned. Once we advise that a purchase may be returned we will issue you with a return authorization number.

Please choose your purchase carefully as Wild Fusion Skincare does not accept returns on sale items or for change of mind.

Items being returned must be in the original condition they were sent. Returns must be received within 14 days from confirmation of the returns approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Once approval has been received from Wild Fusion Skincare, please pack up the goods using the original packaging and return to the below address, including the original tax invoice in the box. We recommend using Registered Post or trackable courier as Wild Fusion Skincare takes no responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

Once the product has been returned to our Perth facility we will assess the goods and either replace or issue a full refund. The cost of returning the goods will also be refunded if the product is deemed faulty.

In the event you would like to cancel your order prior to shipping and Wild Fusion Skincare has accepted the cancellation, you will be refunded the total order amount less a 10% restocking fee and will be refunded via the original method of payment.  This does not apply to special orders.
