Our 2 in 1 Mask + Scrub is designed to be used as a mask for 2 minutes, a scrub for 1 minute and done twice a week. Can't get any simpler than that, the hard part is choosing which one to get.

Apply an even layer to a clean face avoiding the mouth and eye areas and leave on as a mask for 2 to 4 minutes.

Gently massage your skin with wet fingertips, using circular motions for 1-2 minutes adding water when necessary. Rinse off with warm water. Use twice a week.

For external use only. If irritation occurs, wash off immediately and discontinue use.

If you have sensitive skin and are using the Superenzyme, don't use longer than 2 minutes and expect slight redness due to the enzymes promoting blood circulation. The redness subsides after 5-10 minutes.
